My father was apprehensive about getting hearing aids, but Rachel put him instantly at ease, explaining the different options available & what was involved. After a comprehensive hearing test and listening to Rachel’s recommendations, he had a trial with our choice of hearing aids and were reassured by her that she would be there to offer any support, or to make any adjustments that were needed while getting used to them. Rachel has been caring and professional throughout the process and I’d definitely recommend her, and RJD, to anyone that’s considering getting hearing aids.

First class service was asked all the right questions to give him some insight on me, had the hearing test then he explained the results and what they could do, he's a very honest person, i found out things i did that shouldn't do like diving in when i go swimming not good for the ear drums, and very pleasant bloke and very professional.

After having hearing aids from elsewhere which proved problematic I came across R J Donnan Hearing care. The service I received from Rob was second to none. Rob explained in detail the pros and cons of different types of hearings and ones which he saw fit for my purpose. I was provided a set of Hearing aids to try out for a couple of weeks free of charge to make sure that I was happy with my choice before actually placing the order which were reasonably priced. I have since had the Hearing aids and been back a few times to have them finely tuned to my desire and Rob has always taken his time to explain anything that I am unsure about and has made sure that I am fully satisfied. I am absolutely thrilled to have found this Hearing Centre and have been very impressed by the service so far!
